Summary: Cool hotel in a great location. Old building but modern rooms, many in refurbished houses on the property. Staff were friendly and helpful. Property and rooms are clean. Bedding and beds are comfy. Parking can be tricky.

Summary: Best hotel in PEI for ambience, decor, comfort, attention to detail, and at the heart of downtown. We booked a night as part of a weekend shopping trip/staycation and were very happy. Free cookies and coffee in the lobby was a nice touch, and the bed/pillows were incredibly comfortable. Only thing I would change was the hot breakfast....the hard-boiled eggs were very over-done (sulfur layer) and the waffles were also over-done/dried out...but we found lots to eat. Would easily stay again.
