This is an exceptionally maintained newly renovated 4 bedroom 2 bath home with laundry room. Has its own private harbor w/dock , level elevation, and sandy beach on beautiful Pokegama Lake right outside your door. New stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops, open floor plan, two bars, wood fireplace, gas fireplace, flat screen tvs in most rooms. Game room with pool table, bar 55" flat screen tv with gas fireplace. The master suite has two separate closets, king size bed, 46" flat screen tv , walk in bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, 32" flat screen tv. Bedroom #3 has a queen size log bed and a twin bed with a 32" flat screen tv. Bedroom #4 has 2 full size beds in lower level.

Summary: Great home and lake front property! The house was spotless when we arrived. Plenty of room for the 8 of us to eat and hang out together inside or out. The lake front property was very well taken care of. Beautiful landscaping, and plenty of outdoor seating.

Summary: Our group would definitely stay here again. The property exceeded our expectations and is definitely even more beautiful than the pictures. The level lot to the lake was appreciated, along with the quiet marina and dock to tie our boat to. The inside of the home is outstanding and the owners have thought of everything you would need. Toni and Rusty were available for questions and made the check in and check out process super easy. The lake home is in a quiet neighborhood, but is super close to Grand Rapids for short trips to grab groceries or visit a local restaurant. Thank you to Toni and Rusty for sharing their beautiful lake home with us!

Summary: The house and property were even better in person than the photos on line. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were very friendly and extremely accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This property was more than we had hoped for. The sandy beach, the huge yard, the ability to keep the boat in the water overnight without worry, the pool room/bar area. It was all amazing! Toni and Rusty were fantastic to rent from and we definitely plan to come back! The kids all received plane rides from Rusty which was an added bonus they are still talking about today. The lakes in the area were all so clean and clear, Grand Rapids is a beautiful area to spend time in.

Summary: Place was very clean and very well taken care of. Toni was always very responsive quick to help with any questions or needs we had. We are staying there again this year. Rusty took our kids for their first small plane flights and they loved it.
