Summary: This rental is located on one of the nicest lakes in the Grand Rapids area. The apartment was immaculately clean and provided all the amenities for a fun filled and relaxing stay. The checkin process was seamless and the owners were very accommodating allowing us to use some of their personal property for our adventure. Minnesota nice!

Summary: This was a perfect location for our annual Grand Rapids, MN trip over the 4th of July. Tom and Annette were the perfect hosts - they were very accommodating with any of our requests and even offered to take us out on their pontoon for July 4th fire works! There were plenty of ways to cook (indoor and outdoor), lots of toys to play with (kayaks and paddle boat), loads of firewood for even bonfires - and perfect access to a clean swimming hole! We love Grand Rapids, it is our home away from home - and this was a beautiful location for this amazing trip.

Summary: It was a very nice clean rental which we enjoyed. We had a view of Pokegama lake and that was great as we would watch the boats and water fowl. Snacks and a pizza were provided when you arrived which was Awesome and thoughtful.

Summary: Well maintained secluded property. Even though it's on a popular lake surrounded by other homes it is secluded in the trees. Appears to be newly remodeled lower level walkout to the lake. There are pathway steps to navigate so ambulatory needs for anyone not capable of walking down a series of stone steps. Owners were very friendly and provided several personalized touches including welcoming packages and a detailed notebook describing features of the unit as well as suggestions for local amenities. Comfortable beds and a nice outdoor seating area provide a nice setting for communing with nature. Sandy beach with clear water and a convenient dock for those with a boat. Definitely worth another visit.
