2 Bedroom House in Suwannee

Beautiful location in the Gulf Coast town of Suwannee, Florida. Huge master bed/bath with King size bed full size bed.& TV with dish. 2nd bedroom = Queen size mattress. Great room is all tile flooring and has a 60" Smart tv with cable. Private deck & screened lanai. WIFI. Dishwasher/gas stove/ice maker refrigerator/disposal. 10 minute boat ride to Gulf. Motorized boat lifts (Only one is available now for 18 to 24 ft boats), gas grill. Public boat launch less than a mile away.
Two-story house with a complete unit on each floor. I am renting out them separately. The whole house for rent, the price will be $200.00 per night.

Summary: We really love the place! The wind was pretty brutal so we didn't get to spend as much time on the water as we wanted. Which means we spent more time at the house. Very nice quiet neighborhood. The host was very accommodating and responded very quickly to all my questions. Would definitely recommend this place, especially if you like seclusion.

Summary: Plenty of room for the family and the boat. Deep water canal even at low tide so no worries. Short ride to the gulf and cruise up the Suwannee. Comfy beds and plenty of seating in house.

Summary: Came over with my friends for the weekend to fish and have a relaxing getaway and the house was better than expected. It is a duplex but that causes no issues, would definitely recommend and stay here again.
