Summary: Very tastefully decorated house. We enjoyed sitting by a fireplace, looking at the stars, listening to the fish jumping, and watching gorgeous sunsets. Yes, there are a few steps to get in the house, but nothing out of ordinary. No roaches to report. The area is very remote - no grocery stores or a gas station - come prepared.

Summary: The house it self is nice. Nice locating. Fuel your boat before you get there. Have ALL the food you will need for your stay because the market there has a minimal selection of items. The closest store is 25 mins away in Old Town,FL. It is a very quiet town. The seafood restaurant has good food at reasonable prices. We had a good breakfast at the marina cafe. Now, with all that being said… the stairs were brutal. Yes we are older, in our 50s, but we are no stranger to stairs. It was like they never ended. There are 32 steps to get to the front door. Once you get inside you there are 7 more stairs going up to the living room and kitchen area or 7 more stairs going down to the bedrooms. The patio area on the 2nd floor is awesome but know that there are 16 stairs you have to go down to get to it. If you don’t mind A LOT of stairs this is definitely the house for you. We enjoyed our stay but we are pooped and happy to be home. We want to give a BIG shout out to Chris our host! Thank you sooo much for everything! You are a GREAT host!

Summary: We were pleasantly surprised to find this home has recently been redone and let me tell you- it’s so precious! The owners really outdid themselves with the amenities and decor. It had everything we needed for a family and kids. We brought the fishing boat and two jet skis and had no issues with the smaller dock. The neighbors were nice. We made it to the Springs for the day and just cruised the river. The kids LOVED playing hide and seek on the massive deck space. The kitchen was fully equipped and the house was perfectly cleaned. We had one issue while there, but the super sweet owners responded fast got things handled in record time, even while traveling themselves. We LOVED the area and the home and hope to stay again soon!

Summary: This house is perfect for small groups - two full bathrooms, 3 medium size bedrooms and a large great room with a lot of seating. We were worried with the hurricane 2 months before we arrived that we might need to cancel, but the house was rebuilt completely inside - all new.

Summary: The house was as advertised. Great location on a freshwater canal leading to the Suwanee River. Only a couple of local places around to access the gulf or salt water fish, but some very nice places for fishing and crabbing within 30 minutes. A very slow paced community, not crowded at all, if you’re looking for a nice, quiet get away with beautiful sunset views this is a good location.
