Immaculate and recently renovated lakefront home. Very Large waterfront paver patio with steps down to dock which lead you into the sandy bottom lake. Look out the window from the living room and feel like you are on the West Coast watching an incredible ocean view sunsets.
This is the perfect luxurious house for a wonderful family vacation, with the ability to walk 500 feet into the lake without the water going far above your knees. Most families chose to bring out a few chairs and have a water picnic with the kids, or to simply have a glass of wine in the evening while watching the sunset from your water throne.
Local Beach attractions include a family amusement park, a multitude of restuarants and beach bars, a variety of beach and antique shops, and the local village park (with regularly scheduled entertainment) as well as the canal and the pier. The house is approximately 15 minutes from Turning Stone Casino, The casino has 2 PGA golf courses, 5 exceptional restaurants, 4 evening venues, and live performances throughout the year.
During summer season we rent a minimum of Seven Nights.
Check in is at 4 pm / Check out is at 11 am on Saturdays.

Summary: This is my third time at this property and it does not disappoint. The owners respond quickly and take care of you if something comes up. Located in a sweet small town with friendly people and some good food. I'm sure I will return a fourth time!

Summary: We enjoyed staying on the beach and the kids had a lot of fun in the water. The smoke detectors went off for no reason during the day but the owner quickly fixed it. There were bees on the patio... they liked our beverages. I'm not sure if there is a fix to that issue. All in all we had a nice time there.

Summary: The home was as presented. Took a few pictures of some minor issues upon arrival. Everything resolved. Totally enjoyed being on the water, having fires on the patio each night and plenty of indoor space for our rain day. A ipad was left behind & it is being mailed back to us. Perfect family vacation!

Summary: We had a wonderful family cottage week at this property. It has a massive patio, dock and small sandy beach area for kids. Very nice and private. Everything was very, very clean.

Summary: This property was a perfect family get away with my children and their families. Such a relaxing, roomy house with picture perfect views of the lake. The grandkids loved playing in the little sandy beach right next to the property! The water is shallow for a great distance, so no worries with little ones getting in water over their heads! Beds were comfy, and check in was seem less. The patio was beautiful for enjoying coffee in the morning and BBQing at night with awesome sunsets!
