Summary: Convenient location, very clean, everything works as it should. Any communication with the property owners is responded to quickly. I would recommend this property 100%. And should the opportunity arise to visit again, it’s the first location I would choose.

Summary: We traveled here with family for graduation weekend. The hosts were absolutely awesome. Answered every question we had and SUPER friendly. The house was just at it says in its name.....FABULOUS!!! Very spacious, super clean, had literally everything you need. You only need to bring your clothing. Just steps to the lake, very quiet neighborhood. If you are traveling anywhere near Sylvan Beach/Syracuse/Verona Beach area......this is absolutely your place. Bedroom and bathroom on main level was perfect for Grammy. Lots of closet space! House even had some games and a CD player! Perfect place for a getaway!! The hosts really treated us like family and not just a renter. Appreciate all they did!!! If we ever are in the area again, we will absolutely stay here. If you are comparing places.......stop comparing.......this is your place!!

Summary: We had a great stay at this clean, bright, comfortable home. Enjoyed the view of the lake across the street & the easy beach access, beautiful sunsets. We appreciated all the things the host provides, besides sheets & towels there were many other basic essentials, which was very convenient. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: Five "senior" adults were very comfortable in this well-appointed house. Central to Sylvan Beach and restaurants. While we were all adults, the hosts have provided everything a family with children would need and more. We would happily return and enjoy it a second time.
