This beautiful well kept travel trailer sits on a beautiful acre lot, with it's own fenced in area. It has it's own water, power, and septic hook up. There is a huge covered deck out front with a fire pit. It is a perfect little get away.
This travel trailer is located near multiple (at least 11) wedding venues, Tree Hoppers, Kumquat festival, Rattlesnake Festival, Scream-A-Geddon Horror Park, Snowcat Ridge, Seratoma Youth Ranch, and Bug Jam.
The travel trailer will sleep 10 comfortably. There is an indoor and outdoor kitchen, 3 TV's, and both kitchens fully stocked. The rental also includes clean linens.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with 2 closets. The second bedroom is a bunkhouse that sleeps 4. The common area has a comfy sofa that folds out into a full size bed. The dinette transforms into another full size bed.
The fenced in area is 50x40 feet. It has a beautiful huge Oak Tree that provides a lot of shade. It makes for the perfect vacation yard for your fur baby.

Summary: We stayed 6 nights. Dave was very communicative and easy to reach. The trailer was clean and well stocked. The location was quiet and rural yet close to Dade City for supplies. We will contact Dave if we are in the area again.

Summary: I stayed here because I wanted the luxury of a fenced in yard while attending the dog shows. It was wonderful to be able to let my dog run each day. It was a little less than 20 minutes to/from the show site. The dog really loved seeing the horses that are on the other side of the fence. They were equally interested in her! The area is very rural-roosters will wake you up in the morning, but we got use to it quickly.The main bed was extremely comfortable. The appliances were all new, I only used the microwave, refrigerator and freezer. The bathroom was comfortable and shower was plenty big! The bedding and towels were all in great shape and of higher quality.I hope the next time I come that Trina road is filled in and graded.The wi-fi is spotty, so you may want to bring your own portable wi-fi solution (after checking to make sure your carrier has coverage in the area - many don’t). If you have portable Starlink, that may be the way to go.Dave is a very responsive host for a RV rooky like me - I will definitely book with him again!

Summary: Awesome place to stay especially if you’re a camper person. Private cozy spot surrounded by horses and other animals . Nice little fenced in area for your pet . Our host communicated with ease and made sure we had everything we needed definitely be in contact for our next Florida trip

Summary: Lovely RV with pretty nuch everything you could need. Host was very responsive and made sure our stay was perfect. Had a lottle trouble lighting the oven, but got it figured out eventually 😄 Really enjoyed the quiet area.

Summary: We booked the RV because it was pet friendly. It was quiet and cozy and our dog had a great time watching the horses. Mr. Caudill was very helpful and had everything set up when we arrived. He came to the site and walked us through everything we needed to know about the RV. We will definitely book with him next year!
