This fantastic and clean condo unit is 1033 sq ft with two master bedrooms, two bath/shower rooms, two master walk in closets and a laundry room in the charming community of Venetian Palms.
The property is on the second floor - no elevator.
The condo comfortably accommodates 4 people. Guests have the choice to enjoy all of the associations facilities. This includes two heated pools, a hot tub, a well lit tennis court, a fitness club, sauna, library, a beautiful club house, a sand volleyball court and a ping pong table.
The property has two parking spots allocated; one, marked with condo number, another, not marked. There is also car wash equipment nearby within the association.
Centrally located off Hwy 41, 8+ miles from beaches as Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva Island, 12 miles away from the airport, close to shopping spots, restaurants and golf parks.
It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer - dryer, Wi-Fi internet (basic) and screened lanai to enjoy evening sunsets.
The kitchen cabinets, kitchen countertops, kitchen tile flooring, vanities, toilets, master ensuite brand new stove, new washing machine and the flooring in the sitting room have all been installed very recently.
There are brand new mattresses in both bedrooms and a brand new sofa in the living room.
Background check is required for US renters in VP Association.
A $125 background check fee per adult or $150 per married couple is charged by VP Association.
Venetian Palms Association requires holiday makers to pay background check fee 4-10 days prior check in day and all tenants has to be approved by Association Border of Directors. Tenants from US on the application has to provide their SS#.
Minimum stay is one month- minimum lease period 30 days.
Cleaning fee $150.
Customers from Overseas and Canada do not have to pay a background check fee because they have been checked when crossing the US border.

Summary: Jolanta was handling the rental and was wonderful about responding to any questions promptly. The condo was extremely clean upon arrival. The unit was exactly as it appears in the pictures and we enjoyed the community.

Summary: The property was quiet and centrally located to shopping, restaurants and activities around Ft Myers. The pool was fabulous and within a short walk from our unit. Second floor units are very hard for seniors and would not recommend. It isn’t exactly child friendly as the complex has low tolerance for children. Our unit had everything we needed although closer grills would have been nice. Covered Parking was available for each unit. A less creaky bed and blackout shades to darken bedroom from security light is a must.

Summary: My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Venetian Palms. The condo met all of our expectations, and the complex had a lot of activities available. Tennis, ping pong, swimming, and even horseshoes. We also noted that all the neighbors were very friendly. The owner was very nice, responsive, and helpful.

Summary: My spouse and I booked this property for the months of February and March 2018. We very much enjoyed our stay there. It is centrally located in Fort Myers, close to everything including the beaches. The community within which it is located has an abundance of lush vegetation, trees and palms with nice landscaping throughout which we appreciated very much. The pools on the property allowed us to meet a large number of snowbirds to socialize with and become friends. Although this property is located in an older community, it was very clean and comfortable and met all of our needs for two months. We felt at home there very quickly. The owner of the property was wonderful to deal with. The day after hurricane Irma passed through Fort Myers in the fall of 2017, the owner was in touch with us to advise us that her property had not suffered any damage, hence our stay there would not be affected. When we arrived we found that there was a problem with television reception. The owner went far beyond the call of duty to ensure that this problem was rectified. She stayed in touch during our stay to make sure everything was in order. It is a safe community with very nice and friendly people. Very enjoyable two months away from winter. P.G. Oakville Ontario

Summary: We stayed here Feb-Mar 2017 and had a wonderful time. The condo is neat and properly furnished (a.k.a. comfortable furniture) and just minutes away from everything. The owner stayed in contact with us to make sure we were happy, and has a handyman nearby who can respond right away if he's needed. The immediate neighbors were extremely nice and overall the residents of the entire complex were very welcoming. We're still in touch with some of the friends we met while there. Everything about this place was great and we highly recommend it.

Summary: This apartment was pretty comfortable for my boyfriend and I. We stayed for 2 months. Of course, we would have preferred to have our own furniture , but Jolanta keeps a very clean apartment. She was easy to get in touch with and checked in with us often. She requested pictures be sent to her a couple of times to be sure we were keeping the apartment to her liking. Parking was easy in the complex, as well.

Summary: My husband and I spent 6 weeks here and totally enjoyed it. The location is central to everything -- the beach, Florida attractions, etc., and supermarkets, restaurants, movie theaters and shopping is all within walking distance. The complex has all of the amenities, and a group that organizes fun activities. The onsite staff is friendly and helpful, and the people are great. A really fun place to stay, and we highly recommend it.
