Reservation includes 4 passes to Beach Club which has amazing pool, spa, restrooms and YO YO's pool side bar. There is 24 hour security, full house, water system, internet, and cable. There is a laundry area with washer/dryer, full kitchen, living and dining area. The property is full of fruit trees from papayas to avocados. All you need is your bathing suit.!!!

Summary: Had a wonderful time staying at this property. The gated community felt safe and is right next to a great surf break. The house was exactly as it was described. Would definitely recommend to any surfer who is looking for a place that can accommodate a family or significant other!
