Comfortable HOLIDAY HOUSE offers space on 3 floors for 10 - 12 people! A total of 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with shower or Bath / toilet plus 1 separate toilet. On each floor 1 kitchen fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer combo, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, enough cooking utensils, as well as SAT / TV and sofa. Small but nice SAUNA is located in the house and can be used with pleasure! Ski boot dryer in the house. Washer and dryer available. INTERNET W-LAN free of charge! The apartments can also be rented individually!

Apartment with WINTER GARDEN (approx. 100 sqm): 2 large separate bedrooms, 1 gr. Kitchen fully equipped, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combo, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, enough cooking utensils etc. SAT-TV, CD player, DVD, INTERNET (WLAN), bay window, winter garden with large dining table and sitting area (ideal as a lounge), 1 bathroom with bath / shower / toilet / bidet and 1 separate toilet. Storeroom. Direct access to the garden!
Apartment with BALCONY and GLACIER VIEW (approx. 100 sqm): 3 large separate bedrooms, 1 newly furnished kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer combination, coffee machine, oven, electr. Kettle, toaster, microwave, enough cooking utensils, board game set, sitting area, satellite TV, 2 shower / toilet and small anteroom with wardrobe.
Apartment with GARDEN: 2 separate bedrooms, large cozy newly furnished kitchen with sitting area (sleeping function), satellite TV,

Summary: This location is out of a fairy tale - set in a quaint little community in one of the most beautiful valleys in the world! We loved the quietness and many spaces throughout the house to lounge in small groups or gather all together. It was perfect for a large family getaway and also easy to day trip to the beautiful sites around the Tyrol region. Our host was also very helpful and proactive, making accessing the house and enjoying the area very easy.

Summary: The location is perfect for adults and kids. Lots of beautiful walks, close to amenities, restaurants and activities. Very clean and comfortable. Karin had everything set up and was very responsive. Loved that the activity card was included. We had a lovely stay.

Summary: When I went to "Alpenshalet" first time, I knew it would be good , but did not think that so much ! The apartments are nice ! A lot of little things that do not exist in many other homes are here . I often (several times a season) come here with a group and I can say that the house is ideal for groups (10 -16 people). Every morning we started with the contemplation of weather on the glacier through a window. For a better skiing spirit - the inhabitants of the apartment "Winter Garden" and "Garden" may open the door and wash by snow :) ( or take a dip in it :)) . And on skiing ! .. Favorite gathering place after a skiing day - winter garden ( 10 persons around the big table - no problem) . Do you want barbecue? - Welcome! And those who want to relieve the tension from their bodies - the sauna is at your disposal . Separately I would like to say few worlds about the owners . If you have any questions (need an ax , wood for a barbecue or a mixer that would make tiramisu ;) ) - they will not leave you alone with these problems. Also - it's just a nice companion sometimes to talk about life :) ...Karin, hearty thank you for everything! I'm in good conscience recommend to stay in this house, but you will be hard to get there, because my group go there more and more :)))
