Large independent character house of 120m2 on old and large agricultural property (more than 40 hours) restored and furnished with great taste. The interior of the house is neat and comfortable
Bordering Dordogne (Sarlat) and 1 km from the lively village of Salviac, chief town of the canton which is 15 km from Gourdon, located in the countryside, enjoying a pleasant orientation, overlooking a large private courtyard with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue . Nice view of the surrounding countryside. Very quiet location and ideal location for visiting the region.
Close to all shops (1km from the village) and all the tourist sites in Lot and Dordogne: Cahors, Rocamadour, Padirac, St Cirq-Lapopie, Sarlat, Beynac, Jardins d'Eyrignac, Jardins de Marquessac, Lascaux ....
Large fenced and secure swimming pool (13 x 7m) to be shared with 2 gîtes and large beach with low chairs, sun loungers and parasols.

Summary: We travel from Canada and booked based on online reviews we were so pleasantly surprised with not only the Villa but also the area. It was just perfect for families. Specially, with young children we were able to travel around and know that we were coming back to a big beautiful, clean Villa with lovely surrounding farm and garden’s, and then outdoor pool. Girard and Catherine were very helpful when we needed anything they were there to help or answer any questions Setting up our stay we needed a lot of communication back and forward to ensure everything was in place for the kids and Catherine provided very timely, clear communication. We were very thankful about that. The only small thing was that there was no air conditioning in the particular villa we were in we did know that before renting it however, what we didn’t expect, was super Duper heat wave, which made it a bit difficult, especially with young children however, again, Catherine and Girard went out of their way to help and brought us fans which made a big difference to cool things down Highly recommend this villa and the area in general we had a brilliant family holiday. We hope to be back.
