This jewel of a single level townhome sits on top of a ridge in the Catalina Foothills. Wrap around patios boast dramatic mountain and city views! The low walls surrounding the spacious property provide privacy and quiet without impeding your views. There is an over-sized garage, with two bicycles, that leads into a laundry room equipped with a full size washer, dryer, paint easel (for the artistic), and an additional working desk with printer. Adjacent is a fully functional kitchen with new custom colored concrete countertops, very clean and modern appliances, and an inviting breakfast nook with an unmatchable view of the Rincon mountains to the east. If you are entertaining, your guests can enjoy your company while sitting in the bar area chatting with you through the open pass thru while you continue to prepare the meal! On the opposite side of the open bar you enter a gracious but cozy living and dining space with a beehive fireplace visible from all angles. You can watch your favorite programs on your 50 inch flat screen T.V. with cable and DVD player! If you enter the home from the front entrance you have passed through a bright colorful vestibule with a security screen door that allows a lovely cross breeze throughout the home. The hallway off the front entrance leads to your master bedroom . If you prefer to watch your favorite programs while relaxing, you can do so on your fabulous pillowtop kingsize mattress with a stylish southwest headboard and night stands and a 40 inch flat screen T.V. You have an antique writing desk that a lap top can easily rest upon, and a rocking chair to boot! There is a large bookshelf full of eclectic readings including informative regional and historical works. You will also find a large walk-in closet, a Mexican vanity with two colorful Mexican sinks and tile. Glass doors enclose your master bathroom shower, with a new fashionable concrete surface with a built in seat. The hall bathroom that separates the two bedrooms is both colorful and stunning with a large Mexican sink, glass top vanity and a newly colorful concrete shower/bathtub. Your second bedroom has a view of the west sunset, a queen size bed and chest of drawers. There is T.V. resting on a corner bookshelf loaded with another plentiful selection of books! Large oriental rugs and colorful area rugs decorate the wall to wall Saltillo floor tile (a Mexican tile that is a terracotta color, warm, and rich in appearance) . There are beautiful views from every room that can be enjoyed through your sliding glass doors or large windows. If you choose not to have your morning cup of coffee in the inviting breakfast nook which seats four, and boasts an art deco table, you can enjoy sipping it outside on any number of seating areas on the wraparound patios, enjoying the breathtaking views and the chatter of the quail! The beautifully landscaped recreation area includes heated pool, jacuzzi, two tennis courts, and nature trails within a short walking distance from the house. A five minute drive takes you to great restaurants, shopping, and the world renowned hiking trail network in Sabino Canyon.

Summary: My wife and I stayed here for six weeks in late 2024, and absolutely loved it! The views are amazing, the outdoor space is wonderful, the home decor was on point, and the host was terrific! We were able to work from there with no problem, and even sometimes outside on the patio, which we couldn't have done in the cold and rain of Oregon in December. If you're looking for a getaway with stunning views, this is your place!

Summary: The property was immaculate! The host, Margery, has thought of everything. The cupboards, drawers, and closets are so well organized. There are several different seating areas outdoors in your choice of sun or shade. The views (including sunrise) are spectacular from the patio. Gorgeous sunset views from the front of the house. Margery lives next door but was very respectful of our privacy. We didn’t see or hear from her unless necessary. Would stay at any of her properties again. By far the best Vrbo experience ever and I thought our last one was really great.

Summary: The townhouse contained everything possible in the way of things you need on a day to day basis,tools household items,kitchen items and more.Everything was very clean and organized.Margery is wonderful to deal with and we had great communications.The sunrises and views are beyond words.Truly beautiful daily views of the mountains and peaks.We would stay again!!!

Summary: Margery's home if perfect. Clean, spacious, quiet, and a great location in the Catalina foothills. All the amenities and a few extras for a great stay. Margery is also wonderful to deal with and very welcoming. She greeted us when we arrived and was in touch via text if we needed anything or to make recommendations. We'd love to come back.

Summary: We have now stayed at two of Margery's beautiful properties!!They r spacious & tastefully decorated! This vacation home was delightful & fully equipped with every single thing you might need! From high end furniture to large flat screen tv's throughout the place! Also a great bbq unit we thoroughly enjoy cooking on!! Beautiful Saltillo tiles, great artwork & views, views, views!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We often sat in comfy adirondack chairs, on the huge back wrap around patio that was surrounded by a lovely enclosed desert yard! Great for bird watching & listening too all day long! We would enjoy all the mountain views & then at night we also enjoyed the twinkling city lights from high atop the ridge top home!! And amazing star gazing!!! This special place is wonderful any time of the year, and a fantastic location n the lovely Foothills!! Margery goes out of her way to make your stay perfect! An exceptionally charming lady, and we will be back often because of her & her awesome place!! Truly a gem!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SPECIAL PLACE!!!!!!!!
