Welcome to our Ocean side home. We love our condo for its stunning ocean views and quiet convenience. There is nothing you need to leave for. You can wake up to the sun shining in from the balcony or the bedrooms.
Our newly updated 3rd floor unit gives you an un-obstructed view while feeling completely in touch with the ocean, red sand, and warm breeze. The north side of the beach is a โ€œno driveโ€ beach. Best of all you get the family setting without having to tote all your beach gear across busy A1A. The property has a pool on site, small grilling area, and a grassy area for the kids to play on. The unit has all the conveniences of โ€œyour homeโ€ including coin operated washer & dryer on each floor. There is a dishwasher, stove, fridge, cable, internet etcโ€ฆ Conveniently located near a Publix grocery store and local restaurants. If you feel like traveling, hop on Granada Blvd to get to all the conveniences.

Summary: This condo is a good size, nice, is right on top of the water and extremely comfortable. The bed especially was high quality and so comfortable to sleep in. The owner was very pleasant to deal with and was immediately reachable as needed. It is easy to highly recommend this condo.

Summary: Absolutely the perfect place to stay. Condo will not disappoint! It had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise every morning from the balcony and the morning and evening walks on the amazing beach! We definitely hope to come stay here again. Thanks for making our visit perfect!

Summary: We were in the area for a wedding. The unit was extremely nice and well stocked with everything needed to cook in, although we ate out most to the time. We greatly enjoyed the patio listening to the waves, watching the sunrise and having quiet to study scripture. Thanks so much.
