This idyllic, comfortable and modernised rural villa is available for your use only, with outstanding large and private pool and fibre optic internet it has everything you need for a great holiday in the continuously sunny and hot Algarve, nestled amongst orange groves, almond, olive, carob and fig trees. All this contributes to making this area scenic, beautiful and tranquil and itโ€™s only forty minutes from Faro airport. This is a great walking area and the mountains are very close by to the north. Car hire is recommended but itโ€™s only a short drive to wonderful historic Silves to experience its magnificent Moorish Castle and traditional market, as well as the great restaurants and supermarkets to be found there. The villa is less than twenty minutes from many award winning beaches, restaurants, bars and and three water parks. For golfing enthusiasts the villa is ideally located with five Pestana Golf Resorts nearby. In fact, Silves Golf with its excellent course set amongst the palm trees and olive groves is only a ten minute drive away and Alto Golf, designed by the legendary golf course architect Sir Henry Cotton, is only twenty five minutes away from the villa.
A cosy and spacious living room with lots of seating areas and a real log fire provides a relaxing retreat with ceiling fans in every room. There is a TV with multiple internet channels and high speed (fibre optic) broadband. There are many assorted DVDs and games to play for children and adults, as well as beach toys, equipment and beach towels.
The modern kitchen retains its character whilst being well equipped with all mod cons , including coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker and microwave. There is also a small cosy dining room.
Both bathrooms are new, modern and a good size with walk-in shower and bidet or bath with overhead shower and twin sinks. Both are equipped with towel heaters.
One bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite with bath and overhead shower and the second room has a super king bed or two single beds, according to preference, with adjacent bathroom with large walk-in shower, sink, bidet and toilet. Both bedrooms are a good size with heating and fans. Both beds are very comfortable. One bedroom overlooks the garden and the other overlooks the orange groves.
The covered and large colonial styled terrace, equipped with seating, table, barbecues (gas and charcoal) and fans, overlooks the gorgeous gardens, providing great views of the countryside and the large swimming pool. Views are also great from the roof terrace during the day or at night to watch the sunset and star gazing, with a large L sofa and dining table for al fresco dining. The pool area is very pretty, private and tranquil, being well equipped with sun loungers, dining table and umbrellas to provide shade if needed.
There is a manager to greet you if necessary or self entry if preferred, and is there for any needs. A welcome pack on arrival is complimentary, including a bottle of wine, to get your holiday off to a great start.

Summary: Nestled among the orange groves in the rolling hills near Silves, this was the perfect place to relax and wind up our Portugal vacation. The house is a little tricky to find the first time but worth it. We were up early for day trips around the area but back in the afternoon to relax around the pool. We cooked dinners in the well appointed kitchen and ate on the porch. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Summary: Lovely views from this secluded villa located 15 minutes from Silves; beautiful garden, pool for hot days. If you are forced to be inside the lighting is not good for reading .. only a problem in bad weather. Perfect for two couples.

Summary: I was looking for a villa that would accompany two couples and was centrally located in the Algarve. Villa Nina worked great for us. It was as listed in the description and we enjoyed all of the amenities including in the pool and multiple decks / verandas. Stephen and Mike were extremely responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Villa Niรฑa is a lovely property not far from Silves and surrounding golf resorts. We felt very welcome and the sparkling wine for our birthday was an unexpected surprise. We very much enjoyed the outdoors with a lovely pool and the very nicely designed and well maintained garden. The evenings spent on the terrace were delightful and the use of the BBQ was much appreciated. All the interior amenities were well presented. Recommended!

Summary: We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Nina. The house is great, wonderful seating by the pool, at the barbecue or on the roof. The equipment of the house is sufficient. If you want a holiday to relax, like we did, Villa Nina is the place for you.

Summary: Villa Nina is very beautiful and is located in a quiet and very green area. Ideal for relaxing, but also for making beautiful excursions into the hinterland. The villa has been lovingly decorated by the owner with an oriental touch. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary tools. Upon our arrival, a generous starter package with a good bottle of wine was available. Nothing is missing. Numerous kitchen appliances are available. The fridge with integrated freezer compartment could be a bit bigger. But you are by car in a few minutes in Silves with large shops, so you are within reach of fresh products. However, a motorized vehicle is necessary. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a large and super comfortable bed. The two bathrooms are newly renovated and offer high European standards. The large and well-kept garden belonging to the villa is equipped with all imaginable plants, succulents and flowers. Irrigation is carried out via an integrated irrigation system, which switches on the countless sprinklers in a time-controlled manner. The whole garden is equipped with smart and effective LED lighting. The large and clean swimming pool is very inviting and the gas grill is ready for a relaxing barbecue. The roof terrace offers a fantastic panoramic view over the surrounding orange groves and the sunset (with a glass of port wine) is a must-see. In short, we felt comfortable in Villa Nina for 4 weeks as in our own house and thank Debbie and Steve for the hospitality. Until next time!

Summary: A lovely villa surrounded by orange groves with everything you could need provided. Easy access to local supermarkets.Plenty to see and do nearby. Owners were very helpful and communication was very good. We stayed in January so didn't make use of the very inviting looking pool. Maybe next time!

Summary: A wonderful Villa with every conceivable thing you would require for a great holiday. The gardens, roof terrace and pool areas were beautifully laid out and maintained. A ten minute drive to local town of Silves where there were plenty of shops to choose from plus the ancient Moors Castle to visit. The Long stretching beaches were within 15 minutes drive as were some wonderful golf courses. We look forward to returning soon and thank both Debbie and Stephen for allowing us to spend time in there lovely villa. Kind Regards Jeannette & Paul
