Summary: Family of 5 stayed there from 7th sep until 14 sep 2024....we loved the villa...there were no problems at all .....the location is what we wanted we never hire a car...and fliating about in tazis on holiday doesnt bother us...taxis to the old town were €14 which we were happy with...it was a 30 min walk to the beach we timed it but we only did it once as you have to cross some very busy rds....there is a great supermarket 100 yards across the rd from the villa the mercado which is just like any asda in the uk...the beds in the villa were fine...the showers were fine...the furniture was all good ...we didnt use the big living room tv as we all had tablets to watch...the pool is brilliant we were in it 3 times a day...my 7 yr old grandson had the best time in it....we bought 8 mosquito repellent candles which i would highly recommend for the outside seating area ...we lit them every night as 3 of the 5 of us were severely bit by mosquitoes and needed to go to the chemist on 3 separate occasions during our 7 night stay....come prepared....as i have to get antibiotics now as my bites are infected....but thats not the fault of the villa.....when we had our first breakfast in the villa we could have done with salt and pepper and cooking oil there were none so we bought it and when we left a week later we left a lot of this type of stuff for the next holuday Tennant it will make a difference to your first breakfast......we loved our stay in the villa ...graham foley

Summary: Lovely villa: - great outdoor space for sunbathing and enjoying the pool - located less than 300 metres from the supermarket. - all equipment is decent spec - bedrooms all decent size but only one en suite - accommodation mgr was responsive and helpful. @€20 cab to old town or the likes of Ushaia, Nassau Beach Club Watch out for the 10am checkout and get some mosquito repellant!

Summary: We had amazing time in the villa, it felt just like home. The villa is great and well equipped, pool area is very nice and calm. The location is perfect, so close to the Ibiza town and all parties and beaches. We enjoyed it so much and would stay again

Summary: Most things good. Spacious villa with all things in place for a weeks stay. Few things not working, alarm and pool lights on arrival. More instructions for appliances would help. Overall nice villa, huge and lovely outside area. Supermarket a couple of minutes walk.

Summary: The Villa was perfect for our requirements. It was in a great location for the buses and supermarkets and to get in to town. The villa itself had all the necessary amenities it was spacious both inside and outside.

Summary: The villa itself is brilliant, it has everything that you could need and the finish of the villa is excellent. The only negative we found with the villa was how cold the pool was but we did stay at the beginning of May so we did expect that, I think if we had stayed later in the season it wouldn't have been the case as the garden and pool area are in full sun all day. There is a huge supermarket 5 minutes walk away and the bus stop is about 10 minutes walk away that takes you into Ibiza town, the bus service is very regular also. We did walk into Ibiza town once but it took 40 minutes and another 15 minutes to get to the harbour, so from that point we used the public transport which was not a problem. The check in with Alex was great and Alex replied to any queries really quickly which was much appreciated. It was especially kind that it had been noted by your team, that we was checking in on my birthday and balloons and wine/beer was left as a gift, that was so thoughtful! It is a great place to stay and we wouldn't hesitate to go back. Thanks!

Summary: We had a great time staying at this villa. Maria met us at the property on arrival to check us in and show us round. We had pre-arranged for a high chair and cot to be available and they were there ready for us.The villa itself was spotless and beautiful, with plenty of room. The area is residential so very quiet with a Mercado a very short walk away. Walking to town takes about 30mins but there is a bus route very close by which gets you there quicker. Would definitely recommend this as a base to explore. We had a great time.
