Villa Laska is in a fabulous location with stunning sea and coastal views. It's an idyllic place, surrounded by nature and completely secluded. A gorgeous place to relax and laze in the sun in absolute peace and privacy, but with plenty of action only 10 mins away whenever you want it. So it's perfectly suited to couples or families looking for a fantastic getaway, but who would also appreciate easy access to all the facilities, entertainment and night life available at the beach or in the city.
Accommodation: The villa has 3 floors and all the main rooms have the same beautiful sea views looking south east.
The ground floor is a spacious open plan air conditioned area with tiled floor and has a contemporary style kitchen plus dining and living areas which all look out over a large terrace through three French windows. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with stripped pine floors and built in wardrobes and a family bathroom and on the second floor there is a third double bedroom with balcony, also with stripped pine floor. All the bedrooms have double beds and two have ceiling fans and look out over the terrace to the beautiful sea view.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by a private garden with vines, almond, peach, apricot and apple trees.
There’s a large paved terrace which runs the full length of the villa, plus a separate barbecue area
WiFi is available for free and it is fast and reliable
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: The villa is fully managed by an ex pat English couple who live a minutes walk away. They will prepare the villa for you, meet you on arrival, give you the keys and show you everything. A complimentary bottle of Bulgarian wine is provided to welcome you
AIRPORT TRANSFER is available on arrival which is free of charge if you are stay ing for 7 days or more. (Not applicable if you have booked using a special offer)
HOUSEKEEPING services are available during your stay. Please arrange with the housekeeper at any time. Additional charges apply.

Summary: The villa is very nice with spacious rooms and bathrooms, nice terrace and stunning view of the black see (no beach access though). The manager Suzi was very nice and responsive. The villa is close to Golden Sands, but you need a car for everything - beach, dining, shopping etc. There is no public transportation, it is even hard to get a taxi back to this place after 10PM. The villa is located in a rural area which brings up the benefit of being a quiet and private place where you do not worry about disturbing the neighbors, but at the same time we saw once a snake (non poisonous) in front of the front door and also there were ants in the kitchen. Another problem was the power outage that happened a couple times for long periods (up to 4 hours). Also, some of the kitchen appliances need upgrade - more specifically the coffeemaker and the dishwasher. Be aware that there are no built in TV channels, you need to check with the host if streaming is possible.

Summary: We were a group of 5 people (22 years to 27 years) who spent nine days at Villa Laska. We were shown everything by a lady and she was also always available for questions. Everything was as we expected: the area was quiet, there was a super view and the villa also met everything. We had rented a car for the time and can also recommend this. The villa is a bit far from the nearest town Kranevo, for which a car is recommended for shopping.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Laska. The villa is clean, spacious and has all the appliances one would need for a comfortable stay. The view from the terraces is superb and the villa is positioned within 15 minutes drive from Balchik, Albena and the Golden Sands. Communication with the Owner was excellent and special thanks go to the manager Suzi who was friendly, welcoming and gave us excellent tips about local attractions slightly off the beaten track, which enhanced our experience. We will definitely be back.

Summary: My friends and I visited Villaaska from May 17, 2019 to May 24, 2019. We had a very nice stay. The care was very warm and always had an open ear. We were well looked after, always friendly and reliable. The view from the terrace to the Black Sea is sensational. The accommodation was clean and tidy. A beautiful Pfleck soil for a low price. Summary: Villa Laska is a fantastic and spacious villa with stunning sea views. The Villa has everything that one needs for an easy and relaxing holiday. It is situated close to the village of Kranevo with its lovely beaches and near to the more commercial resort of Golden Sands. We hired a car for our holiday and feel this was necessary for easy travelling, although there are public busses with the nearest stop being a 5min walk away. Villa Laska provides the perfect base to visit many local towns and villages, that is if you can leave the stunning sea views behind! The Villa is very well equipped with all mod cons and provides a clean and comfortable environment to holiday in. As a family with 2 young boys it suited our needs extremely well, the addition of children's books and toys was a nice touch. The owner provided lots of useful information with regards to the local environment prior to our departure and the welcome and information we received on arrival was excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend Villa Laska.
