Summary: A family home with all the bits and pieces in the kitchen which you would need. Everything was clean and tidy. Large living room and great outdoor space, with a lovely deep pool (at 5'2", the shallow end was up to my chest). There is no aircon in the property, but some rooms have ceiling fans and there are floor fans. Apart from adding aircon, the addition of insect screens to the covered patio area would be wonderful. The countryside setting brings it's unwanted visitors. Ros was so welcoming when we arrived and was great at answering our questions throughout our stay.

Summary: We wanted somewhere quiet and secluded and the villa certainly delivered. The property is well kept, inside and out. The highlight was certainly the pool but we also made full use of the BBQ and outside seating area. A car is an absolute must, Cartagena and Puerto Mazarrón both being about 25 minutes away. It was great to be able to explore the local area, visiting sights, shops and restaurants and then being able to come back to our own oasis of calm. Ultimately, I judge a location by asking myself one simple question, “Would I go back?” – in this instance it’s a resounding yes!

Summary: We enjoyed a week despite the weather! The villa was well equipped, communication with Ros was great before we arrived. It’s very remote and a car is essential. Would definitely go back!

Summary: We have just had a very relaxing 7 days of sunshine. Having the private pool meant we could sit, read and listen to the radio all day long. The BBQ was fantastic and we used this 5 of the 7 nights. The villa itself was spotless and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Summary: We had a great time relaxing, enjoying the pool and the large BBQ area. The villa is very spacious, is incredibly clean and well looked after. Being situated in a quiet, rural area is lovely but is still close enough to drive to the town and the beach for a day out. This was our second trip and would definitely come back again next year!

Summary: A very spacious, clean and well kept property. Had a wonderful stay with our children (aged 16 and 18) Pool is a great size and very clean. A warm welcome from Diane. A car was a must have for the rural area. Would definitely consider staying again. 4 star rating would become 5 with the addition of air conditioning and wi-fi.

Summary: We returned to this lovely, tranquil villa for the third time. Needless to say that we love everything about the villa, the location, the tranquillity and yet it's proximity to Cartagena, Mazzaron etc.We were a party of 4 adults and 2 young children so we need some help to get to and from Murcia Airport. As before Dave and Diane were there to help and always smiling. Wonderful. Again, on first entering the villa the immediate impression is of it's cleanliness and the attention to detail for making it welcoming as soon as you arrive. The BBQ area is fantastic. Because we had 2 young children we used the BBQ every night. It was very relaxing. Once we had sorted the children out we were able to sit and enjoy the evening as the sun went down every night. We were very sorry to have to leave but all good things etc! More than likely we will re-book for next year..
