Our 100m2-ground floor house is ideal for a family of 2 to 3 children with a car. There is though an extra bed which can accommodate a 6th person.
It is composed of a great, completely renovated main room, including american kitchen, eating corner as well as sofa corner with fireplace and piano with air-condition.
Office corner with internet and TV utilities with big french window opening to the garden and pool.
The garden is very green and cosy, with terraces, eating and sunbathing corners near the pool.
The english-speaking house lord lives on the first floor, which is completely independant.

Summary: Gus warmly welcomed us on arrival, Sophie a short while later after we had settled in. The apartment and the pool were clean and just lovely. The apartment had everything you could possibly need to cook, eat and drink. The location was fabulous, there is a fresh pasta shop, 2 bakeries, a butchers, a grocers, 3 pizza restaurants, a bar / restaurant, a Casino supermarket and more a short walk away. Despite having all this on your doorstep, the apartment was quiet, wonderfully rustic and we had the best time! I made firm friends with the cat and chickens, I will really miss them! Thank you Sophie and Gus for letting us borrow your beautiful home. My only regret, we couldn't stay longer!

Summary: We (a family with three children age 6, 7 and 9 years old) rented the apartment for three weeks. And we could have stayed there even longer! The house and the neighbourhood had everything we needed for a relaxing and pleasant stay. There are supermarket, bakery, spesialized shops for seafood, wine and meat within 5min of walk. The houseowners were very nice and helpful. They gave us input on what to do and what to explore. We visited the nearby cities like Tourette Sur Loup, Mougins, Mouans-Sartoux, Vence, Nice and the market there. We also went further away to the museum at Quinson, watched the beautiful lavendel and sunflower fields the plateau de Valensole and stayed overnight at Moustiers St Marie. At the lake of Sainte-Croix we rented pedal boats and enjoyed time in the canyon. The driving back home at the Canyon where awsome. The castle at Trigance might next time have visitors for a night ot at least for a good meal. We also visited the tourists beaches of Juan le pins. At the house, there is everything you'll need. Outside you have the grill and an excellent place to take some time away from the sun. The pool is great and we had a lot of fun there. We would recommend it for a peaceful an exploring time. If we should plan to go back to the Nice-area this is certainly a place we could like to stay again. Thank you for the rental, Sophie:)
