Summary: Very nice owner who helps you with everything. The house is big, clean and well equiped. Airco up-and downstairs was welcome in this hot summer and I could park my car in the shadow.

Summary: We stayed at the house for two weeks in July. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and clean and the pool was perfect. Our three children (3, 6 and 8 years old) had lots of fun in the pool. The property owner is just next door and is very nice and helpful. We highly recommend this house.

Summary: Lovely villa in a little village, where you can hear the goats and chickens. The villa was lovely, clean and had everything we needed for a two week stay. The owners live right next door and always on hand if we needed them , which we did a couple of times. Great location for exploring istra .

Summary: Lovely clean villa situated in a quiet location, easy drive to some lovely towns - Rovinj, Porec, Pula are well worth a visit. The villa was well stocked and the outside pool area was nice for enjoying some sun and relaxation. Marijana was available and helpful for any queries.

Summary: This is the second time we have booked this house. Everything was perfect, just like the last time. The young owner is very welcoming and communication is relaxed and trouble-free. The house is meticulously well-maintained and practically laid out. The pool adjacent to the outside dining area and barbecue is a great quality. The area is very quiet and laid back which we really like. It is located in a charming little village far from the hustle and bustle of tourist centers like Poreč. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!

Summary: A beautiful property, well finished & well equipped. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms & open plan living downstairs. The best bit is the outside living area with big dining table, BBQ area, pool, pool loungers & garden (with play area). Marijana (the host) was very friendly & helpful - the little extras eg vegetables from her garden & local wine were Nice touches & appreciates. Her English was excellent & communication was very good. The villa was perfect for our family holiday on the Istrian peninsula. Great location for touring the area. Highly recommend.

Summary: We loved our stay at Villa Marijana! The villa was beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and everything we could possibly need. The outside area and pool were lovely with plenty of sun loungers for our group of 8 and the children loved having a garden area with trampoline in addition to the pool. We spent several evenings in Porec which is really lovely and only about a 10 minute drive away. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts, they were so welcoming and living nearby they were always on hand to answer any questions or offer advice on places to visit. We would not hesitate to recommend the villa to anyone visiting Istria. We hope to return!
