Very bright and not overlooked, it has views over the rooftops of the Old Village, the Abbey 100m and all the Minervois and the chain of the Pyrenees. Three large independent bedrooms, with showers or bath, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with fireplace and opening onto the terrace. Two superimposed terraces, one surrounded by a wall of enclosures that hides the view of the street with direct access to the kitchen and living room (arbor for lunch, garden furniture and BBQ area), the other smaller but overlooking the village particularly pleasant for the nap (hammock) or the setting sun.
