The "Boardwalk" is located right outside the condo door taking you on a unique walking experience to many fun things that the downtown Charlottetown area has to offer.
It is located only two blocks, a five minute walk, from famous Victoria Row and its entertainment area with many shops.

Summary: The condo was spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and got nice light. I loved the balcony (can sit out there provided it is not raining) where you can watch the big cruise ships going in and out of PEI harbor. The location is super convenient — walking distance to downtown Charlottetown. The bedrooms face the street and there was traffic noise in the early morning.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this apartment in a historic house. It has a balcony facing the marina which is very pleasant to sit in. It is within 5 minutes walking distance from downtown and the waterfront. Very convenient location. The apartment is clean and modern with all amenities.

Summary: Every other time with VRBO was a magnificent experience, but not this one. Given directions/key code to wrong room someone else was staying in that room. 2nd email was correct. Requested blankets - bedding scanty. Request ignored. Cutlery rusty, kitchen items dirty eg salt and pepper. 2weeks before our trip we tried to change to 2 night stay from 3 nights and were told min 3 night stay, but other guest stayed only 1 night.
