2 Bedroom Cabin in Lake Clear

This cabin was built by my grandmother as a painting retreat. It's on the Lake Clear Outlet and has an amazing, oversized, screened-in porch; great for viewing the beautiful waterway and Whiteface Mountain. The cabin is a work of art in and of itself that was furnished and decorated by her. The gal had class, and it shows. This location is perfect for a couple looking to spend time kayaking, canoeing, hiking, fishing, biking, painting, hanging out in Saranac Lake and so on. Lake Clear proper is only a paddle away from this location, and the Fish Creek ponds are practically across the street. Those bodies of water are beautiful public ponds; perfect for swimming and canoeing. There's also a pull-out couch because the cabin is certainly comfortable for a family of three as well. Summary: This place was phenomenal. One of the best we’ve had in the Adirondacks. Cabin was exactly as described. Just a handful of properties on the entire outlet of Lake Clear so it was very peaceful and quiet. The cabin was fully stocked with essentials and very clean. Perfect for a couple. We enjoyed the screened in porch. We definitely would stay here again. Sam was very responsive each time I messaged him and very accommodating when we asked to extend our stay. Thanks for a great vacation.

Summary: Celebrating our 50th anniversary at a lovely secluded cabin with everything you needed. Overlooking a beautiful creek which flowed into Lake Clear.
