Summary: We will definitely book this location again. Even on notoriously cloudy Washington days, this property has a view and ambiance that is more than worth it to wake up to. My only gripe was that we could not stay longer.

Summary: Was able to relax and enjoy family time with the fire pit right outside. House was fully loaded with kitchen/cleaning supplies which made it so much easier especially with my 3 kids. Loved the feel of the house!

Summary: We had a wonderful and relaxing time staying in Shelton at this home. The neighborhood is very quiet and we loved the community pool! Please note - you need to bring your own pool towels as there are none at this home. We had an issue with the oven (the cleaner started cleaning, but didn't finish so when we pre-heated to bake, a horrible toxic smell was everywhere), but the cleaner came the next day to clean the oven. The upstairs bedroom and ensuite bathroom configuration is strange, but functional. There are a few safety issues: the deck has lots of dry rot and the railing isn't secure to lean on or against, and the garbage disposal doesn't have a rubber safety guard. Would recommend some sort of book with instructions for the house (how to use the retractable awning, pool access, check-out procedure, garbage, etc.). Overall, this was a good rental home in a fantastic location!

Summary: We had a fun family vacation here with our children (elementary school age) and their grandparents. The beach can be accessed easily with a ramp at the end of the yard. Some of the lowest tides of the summer happened during our stay. We spent a lot of time on the beach. There is an abundance of clams to collect for lunch/dinner. The children enjoyed exploring the beach, finding small crabs and other creatures. The nearest large stores are a 20-30 min drive away, so plan ahead and come prepared. Bring beach toys and shovels for the clams (no need to dig very deep at all). There are boats at the house but no oars and no life jackets, so if you plan to spend some time on the water (as our family did), bring your own gear. The kitchen is well stocked. The salt is in a large container separate from the other spices; it took us a while to find that ;-) Great stay overall!

Summary: The home is great! Wonderful views and access to the water is easy. Don't forget anything as the closest store is a small gas station with the closest big box store over 25 mintutes away. The home has plenty of room and sleeping arrangements as well as cooking cleaning supplies. It is a pet friendly home so be prepared for some dog hair and stains on carpet but thats to be expected for pet friendly. The community pool is great and staff friendly.
