It is a 3 storey, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom Florida waterfront home, sleeps 8 and is only one block away from the warm waters of the Gulf, beautiful white sand beach, beach bars, fine dinning restaurants and local shopping. It is nearby Downtown St Pete where you can enjoy night life, theaters, entertainment, local art and festivals, fresh markets (15 min drive). Private Yard, Outdoor grilling and dining area.
This house is equipped with a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, living room, dining area, game/reading room, Wi-Fi, and cable. All bedrooms, kitchen , living room and dinning area has balconies, where you can sit and relax, enjoy breathtaking water views, drink coffee or just read a book. In the backyard there is a outside shower, driveway, grilling and sitting area. There is shared screened-in, pool at adjacent (same owner)property, which our guests can use.

Bedroom 1 – master, king bed, full bathroom and a tub. Balcony with chairs and coffee table.
Bedroom 2- Double bed, full bath. Balcony with chairs and coffee table.
Bedroom 3- Double bed, shared bathroom. Balcony with chairs and coffee table.

Pullout sofa in common area, sleeps 2, full bathroom in a hall. Balcony with chairs and coffee table.
Loft - Game and reading room. Plenty of table games for all ages (Monopoly, cards, trivia, chess, puzzles games, toys and plenty of books to read). Kids love this fun spot in the house!
Guests have access to the entire house and storage rooms, excluding the 1st floor garage.
Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys are provided in the house.

Summary: The property was convenient to local shops and restaurants, the view was beautiful - we saw a pod of dolphins swimming by one evening from the patio, it was clean, and only a short walk to the beach!

Summary: We enjoyed the house so much. The inter coastal view from the front is beautiful and out of the back is a wonderful sunset view. The house was spotless and so clean. And there was room for our whole family. The property manager was fantastic - she checked in with us. We would love to come back and stay again!

Summary: From the moment my group and I walked in til the time we left we were blown away with this place! The house fit our group of 8 very comfortably and the elevator was a big bonus for our luggage and groceries. The location is AMAZING! You are very short walking distance to a convenience store, restaurants, bars, and of course the beach! The house has plenty of beach equipment like chairs, toys and even a cooler! It stormed on one of the days and we were able to use the pool and continue enjoying the weekend. To top it all off, the host is absolutely wonderful. Quick, simple communication made the whole process and stay a breeze. This was my first time ever booking a stay on VRBO and if I could have this same experience again I'd pay double for it!

Summary: Microwave did not work. Wine fridge did not work but we didn’t even know it was part of the rental so no loss. Blinds or blackout curtains on the east facing windows would have been great- up at dawn every day.

Summary: Would love to have given Five stars on everything...But when you have a beach vacation home where families are traveling over a thousand miles to enjoy spending a few days, and spend thousands of dollars to stay there for a few days, you surely do not expect to find that the owner's representation as "cheap" in their provisions... To define "cheap" would be the 1) washcloth & 1) towel per person. Only 1 hand towel per bathroom & only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom.. Also there were NO drying towels or dishcloth in the kitchen with which to wash up any eating utensils. There were NOT enough eating utensils to serve a meal to the 7 members of our family...We had to purchase more paper towels, more toilet paper for our 3 day stay....All that put together represented the owners as "being cheap".. We have stayed at many, many vacation homes all over the United States and have NEVER had such limited household supplies as we had in this place..We were definitely NOT impressed with this place! Glad we were just "passing through" to our next destination and didn't reserve for any "extra" days! .

Summary: We loved everything about it. Can’t beat the location being so close to the beach and restaurants. It was also nice having the cottage as well with the shared pool. We hope to return someday.
