Summary: This is my second time to stay here and I absolutely love it! It is a great location if you enjoy an uncrowded beach. Cory is very responsive and goes above and beyond to meet his guests needs. Very clean and comfortable and will definitely be back.

Summary: We had a great stay and the location can’t be beat. We had everything we needed. Very clean. Property states that it sleeps 5 comfortably. I’d say that’s a little bit of a stretch. We made it work and the property owner was more than helpful with anything we needed. We would probably not come back as a family of 4 and try to stay somewhere a little bigger. All in all, would definitely come back to this location, especially to the other property on site that has an additional bedroom.

Summary: Totally redone after hurricane. Great 1-bedroom/one bath apartment with parking for two cars. Everything is new. Bedroom has a queen bed. New recliner sofa folds flat on each end for additional guest. You can see the beach walkway entrance from the front door. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels all provided. Corey is a great host and is responsive and helpful. Quiet safe spot on Pass-a-Grille with beautiful quiet stretch of beach. Conveniently located to restaurants and activities. My wife and I would stay again.

Summary: Such a perfect place for our stay in St Pete's Beach. Nearly private beach, easy stroll to the beach, great shopping and restaurants. Cory was wonderful and was available for any question we had. Thank you and we hope to come back when we can hopefully get some better weather! Thank you!

Summary: This location is perfect and has its own private beach at the end of the road. Great, comfy space with a well-stocked kitchenette with plenty of utensils if you like cooking. There is a coffee maker and toaster so we made breakfast every day! The bed is comfortable. A/C works well and so does the hot water. Many thanks to Corey! Don't be afraid to call him, which is the most efficient way of reaching out. We can't wait to go back!
