So how you can have a unforgettable experience on this paradise island? We have the perfect solution. This beautiful 52ft yacht with Flybridge can be yours for a day, a night, a week or a month. She features three staterooms, 2 full baths with showers, and a full-beam master suite. This is your apartment on the water. Perfect for two couples or a family. Fresh linen and towels — no extra packing necessary.
The VRBO rates are to stay on the boat only. If you want to take the boat out please let us know. The charter fee is $695 an hour with a 3-hour minimum.

Other things to note:
For those guests that want to charter the boat for the additional fee, a qualified captain will be provided along with a host or a mate. The host is an additional $125 an hour but well worth it. They will provide you with a five-star experience. They will act as your VIP host during your charter. They also help the captain with everything on the boat. Please note in order to book a charter we will need at least 7 days of advance notice to guarantee the availability of the crew. If you give shorter notice than that we will still try our best to accommodate, but no guarantees.
Oh and don't forget to tip the crew if they do a great job. It's customary to give the crew a 15-20% gratuity, similar to a restaurant.

Summary: The house was very comfortable - we had 5 adults. House accommodating for families too. The owner, May, was easy to work with and very responsive to my emails and questions. I would recommend this as a place to stay if visiting Marco Island.

Summary: The group was two families of 4, each with 1 and 5 year old children. The pool and hot tub area was used every day. Most days were warm but the pool heat was still nice to have. The gas grill and ample and new outdoor furniture were also appreciated. The screen around the pool area kept most of the bugs out. We rented a boat one day and pulled it right up to the dock and boat lift to pick up our families. The nice washer and dryer were useful as well. One bedroom had a crib so that was an added bonus. The Winn Dixie and other shopping were less than a 10 minute walk away. We would consider staying here again.

Summary: We have rented 4 times on Marco this was by far the nicest. The home is completely updated and has comfortable furnishings. We had 7 people and had plenty of space to sleep and hang out. There are two day beds with trundles along with 3 beds....much more comfortable than sleeper sofas that are in most homes (hotels). The owls next door were wonderful to see and they did not mind posing for pictures (do not get to close to them they are protected!) The location was perfect. Our teenage boys rented bikes for the week and were able to get to everywhere they wanted to go in very little time. The beach, shopping, tennis courts and grocery stores are all close. Even the wonderful farmers market they have on Wed is just a short walk away. The only thing we felt the house was missing is tools for the BBQ grill. We grill a lot and some metal turners and tongs would have been nice. Had a few issues with the wifi but manged to work them out. If you need a bigger home May has a larger one right next door that looks beautiful as well. I would highly recommend staying at either.
