Marco Island is an island located near the southwest coast of Florida, in Collier County, just south of Naples.

Marco Island is a great place to visit year-round. The island is all about relaxation and having fun in the sun. What better way to do that than visiting one of Marcos beautiful white sand beaches?

There are two public beaches on the island. While that might not seem like a lot, both are large and offer different experiences to visitors. Marco Beach is on the southern side of the island and has plenty of access points to get to it. On the other hand, Tigertail Beach is larger and sits on a calm lagoon, making it a great spot for kayaking and paddle boarding.

Both Marco Beach and Tigertail Beach have picnic areas, public restrooms, lifeguards, free parking, and concession stands. While Marco Beach is more popular for its good fishing, both are perfect spots to relax in the sun when you need a break from exploring Marco Island.
