Summary: The house is very clean and spacious, with plenty of room for the entire family. It was a very pleasant week, definitely one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. The owners are quick to respond to any questions or concerns and were very accommodating.

Summary: We loved our stay here!! Very clean. Open space. Kitchen had everything you need! Loved that it was all one floor (we have a one year old). Loved the location - right next to the pool and tennis court. Sort drive to the beach (can take longer because of traffic). Things to do all around the area (beach, restaurants, shopping, mini golf, water park). Communication with the owner was good. Would highly recommend this house !

Summary: This is a very large property. The kitchen, common areas, and bedrooms are all very spacious. The property itself is fresh-feeling and well maintained. We stayed as a family of 5 including 3 young children. The kitchen was well-stocked and we were able to cook all our meals for the week there. The pool and tennis courts just steps away were super convenient. The house is not right on the beach (although one could conceivably bike there), however, the parking pass provided by the host was beneficial for getting free parking near the beach downtown. We also made quick drives to nearby Cape Henlopen State Park, Gordon's Pond Trail, downtown Lewes, and the Cape May Ferry Terminal for activities. Overall, a great stay.

Summary: The property, location, and owners made our annual Rehoboth vacation memorable. Sandwiched between the beach and the Tanger outlets, this property is only a 5-10 minute drive to some of the best attractions Rehoboth has the to offer. Additionally, it is situated 200 feet from the community pool and within walking distance of Jungle Jim’s which saves you from having to pack up the car every time you want to take a dip—a blessing especially if you are coming with family. The house is clean, perfectly appointed, and the owners are responsive and cordial. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Summary: The house was great. The kids enjoyed staying in the room with bunk beds, and the pool and tennis court just down the street were perfect to keep them occupied when we weren’t at the beach. Plenty of room for our two families with kids. The house was very clean and I especially liked that we didn’t need to pack bath towels, sheets, trash bags, or bathroom paper products. Wonderful! Thank you again for allowing us to use your property.
