Relax in our beautiful and comfortable home in the Keys of Marsh Harbor, a community centrally located near the beach and boardwalk. This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath beach retreat features 2 primary bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor. Perfect for the whole family! The house has 3 queen beds, 2 twin bunk beds and a twin daybed with a twin trundle that converts to another queen bed. There is also a well appointed kitchen with separate dining room. Enjoy mornings or evenings on the screened in back porch. Newer plank flooring installed throughout the first floor. The patio with gas grill is perfect for family BBQ’s. Wi-Fi, 6 TVs, laundry, and garage for beach gear. This house is sure to please!
The community swimming pool and tennis court are just a few short steps away. Nearby attractions within walking distance or a short drive include golfing, driving range, Jungle Jim's waterpark, mini golf, shopping, restaurants and water sports. DART bus service within walking distance.
Garage stocked with 12 beach chairs, 2 wheeled beach caddies, sand toys, paddle ball gear, boogie and skin boards, board games, five adult bikes, and tennis racquets for your use. New queen mattresses for spring 2025.

Summary: We found this townhouse on the small side for our family of 7 adults and 5 children. The bedrooms met our needs but the public space was tight. We appreciated the community pool and the close proximity to the boardwalk and beach. We enjoyed using the gas grill and the well stocked kitchen. Many food markets are close by as well as many restaurants. Suggestions for the owners, the mattresses should be replaced and the carpets cleaned.

Summary: The house was lovely! Superb location, very clean, beautiful decor, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and close to all the places we wanted to visit. The house was the perfect size for all of us (10 in all from age 5 to 60s). Kathi and Nate are amazing!! They responded to our inquiries immediately. Check in and out was simple. We all had an amazing time!

Summary: My family and I had a great time at this rental for our beach week. The house had plenty of space for our family of 5 and the beach chairs, umbrellas, carts, etc were great to have! We like being in this community — it’s easy to get to the beach but also convenient to shopping and the pool and tennis court are fun!

Summary: We had the best time in Rehoboth at this house. The house was so well stocked, the owners thought of everything. It fit our two families with 6 kids ranging in age from 17 to 6 perfectly!! Location was great, pool a few steps away, water park walking distance, the main beach and boardwalk easy bike ride away and about 25 minute walk, but really didn't feel like it!! The outlets were within walking distance as well! Really great spot and can't wait to go back!!

Summary: We received a text that we could get into the property early on the first day of our stay. From the moment we entered this beautiful home we were very pleased. The property was very clean and we found everything just as described. Our boys loved the bunk room and easy access to the pool. Outdoors was perfect and we even grilled out a couple of nights. The sand toys and boogie boards were a hit! We loved the cart and chairs to use on the beach as well. Beds are very comfortable and the showers were hot. Big improvement from where we stayed last year. We look forward to staying again real soon! Thank you!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Rehoboth Beach and in this house - the Keys of Marsh Harbor. It was the perfect size house for our family and the common areas were situated well so we were able to cook, eat and play games together. It is good to know in advance that it is next to a water park but we didn’t find the noise to be too loud and we actually took a day to have fun at the water park (fun for all ages!)! It is also good to know that you will need to drive to the beach and downtown Rehoboth. We knew that ahead of time but good to be prepared for the traffic. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this house and all that the Delaware beaches and area have to offer!
