This sparkling clean, classic four bedroom, 3.5 bath home is within Dune Alpin estates located just outside of the village of East Hampton. It features two master bedroom suites, media room/den, eat-in kitchen for six, living room and formal dining room that seats 10. Lovely heated pool surrounded by a large, mature landscaping with towering trees that afford privacy. Secluded cul-de-sac conveniently to village shops and ocean beaches. Utilities and weekly maintenance are included in the rent. Housekeeping services included for minimum 4 week stays or more. (Two excellent housekeepers for 2 hours each per week ). (Housekeepers do not launder linens, towels or clothing.) Washer/Dryer in the house.
A child fence is available between patio and pool area upon request. Use of offsite tennis courts are available with advance notice.
The property was remodeled in 2019. Landscaping is Gorgeous and maintained weekly. All utilities, exterior gardening and pools services are included.
PLEASE NOTE: House rules provide for the following:
1. No Pets Allowed
2. No Events Allowed.
3. No Smoking Allowed.
4. No more than the agreed upon number of people in the home as stated on VRBO Inquiry. A Rental Agreement and House Rules must be read and signed.
5. IMPORTANT NOTE: Rentals of 30 days or more are exempt from Suffolk County Occupancy Tax of 5.5%.

Summary: The house is a great location and David and Dede are very responsive if any issues arise. We came back cause we loved it the first time and hope to go back again in the future. The yard is beautifully manicured with tons of privacy and the pool is delightful. The house has plenty of space and is decorated very well.

Summary: We have been vacationing in East Hampton for decades and have always rented different homes. We loved this home and would definitely rent it again. It was impeccably clean. The first floor open layout was perfect for our family of five. There was plenty of storage space and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was outstanding. The owners were so considerate and attentive. Any issue was handled immediately. I would highly recommend this property.

Summary: We had a fabulous time staying at Dede and David's home in East Hampton. It was truly a home away from home. Their home is lovely, well-located, and perfectly equipped for an easy stay. Our family of six (with four grown daughters) had plenty of space to spread out. The home is comfortable and its open floorplan is conducive to gathering a large group together. The kitchen was well-equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and cookware. It had everything we needed and more! The bedrooms and baths were well-appointed and the beds/pillows were especially comfortable! Outside, the property is beautifully landscaped which made lounging by the heated pool even more enjoyable. We enjoyed long walks to Georgica Beach from the house and loved stopping at the Red Horse Market on the way back for a snack, breakfast, or iced coffee. Honestly, everything was perfect! Dede and David are responsive hosts who go above and beyond to provide a top-notch property. We would love to stay at their home again! Thank you, Dede and Dave!

Summary: The house is impeccable. Each room is beautifully decorated, the kitchen has everything you could want, the pool area is great for floating and sunning, the landscaping is beautiful! It is close to town, the beaches, and pickleball :) You will love everything about this house .. we did!!

Summary: The house and pool were perfect for this year’s family get-together. There was plenty of room for the six of us; with great indoor and outdoor spaces. The media room was a good place to conduct remote business meetings; but it was also a great place to relax and hang out. The owners were very accommodating and quick to respond to all our questions and requests. Overall - a great experience.

Summary: We had a wonderful time staying here. David was extremely communicative from the beginning, reaching out shortly after we booked, and closer to our arrival, to ensure he could provide whatever we needed and that things would go smoothly. The house is very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location—a 15 minute bike ride to the beach, walking distance to Red Horse Market, and in a beautifully landscaped area—was perfect. We would be happy to stay here again.
