Villa Cloud 9 has been recently fully renovated and outfitted with the best appliances and comfortable, high end furniture, bedding, sheets and towels.
Enjoy everything you expect from being at home, while in paradise: fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, cozy beds, internet, cable TV, and yet disturbing power outages have been put in place to make our vacation home ready for you!
Enjoy a breakfast amongst humming birds in our garden patio, walk the short walk to our pool or beach for a swim, enjoy the view of St. John from the beach, relax in our comfortable living room and cool off after a great day at the beach in beautiful St. Thomas.
Pineapple Village is very conveniently located on the eastern part of the island - away from the cruise ship buzz and close to the most beautiful beaches. A short car ride of about 8 minutes will get you to the ferry dock in Red Hook. Many restaurants and bars await you in Red Hook as well.
We are located adjacent to the new and wonderful Margaritaville Resort, where our guests can enjoy the Margaritaville Restaurant and share our beach with their residents.

Summary: The house was well stocked and so comfortable, we all felt right at home the entire stay. The front patio has a lovely garden to view as you eat and cook. Summary: The condo itself has plenty of room and had everything we could ever need for the time we were there. So spacious that my kids and I each had our own full bath attached to our bedrooms. The only disappointing thing for us was that the beach that was steps away was not swimmable.

Summary: Overall, we had a nice stay at the condo. The unit was spacious and up to date. There are coolers, beach chairs and pool noodles available for use. Margaritaville’s beach is not useable but coki is a quick walk.

Summary: Everything about this property is fantastic. We should ayes here for six nights and enjoyed everything about our accommodations. We were met at the property by the manager that showed us around and how to run all of appliances. The villa is very centrally located near several beaches and restaurants. The walled patio was perfect for privacy and to corral our young grandchildren where we felt safe. The adjacent Margaritaville had nightly entertainment which we enjoyed. We highly recommend this property.

Summary: Overall, we had an excellent stay at this property. The condo is clean and comfortable. The community pool was beautiful -- large and never crowded, with plenty of lounge chairs and places to sit in both sun and shade. Parking was easy and it was nice to have a car both for excursions (jet ski rentals, snorkel trips) as well as to get groceries and go to restaurants in Red Hook. A couple notes/caveats: if you are sensitive to light, bring a sleep mask. The curtains in the bedrooms are not light-blocking and there are some windows in the bedrooms without any coverings. Also, when we arrived, the air conditioning in one bedroom was not working and there was no hot water. It was over a weekend/Christmas holiday, so it took a little while to get fixed, but the owner was super responsive and got it done. By the time we were leaving, a week later, the air conditioning in two of the bedrooms seemed to be struggling a bit, but it was good enough with the ceiling fans. Still, we would happily return to this property. It was a very nice place and the owners were very prompt and responsive in communicating and responding to any concerns.

Summary: We had a great time here over the Christmas holidays. The owners were very responsive and the property manager met us on Christmas Eve to get us checked in. The only thing we didn’t find was pot holders but we got that fixed right away. The condo was exactly as described and the weather was beautiful considering is was 22 when we left home , you can ask for much more. Previous guests must have left a few staples and once we realized how expensive items are we opted to leave some of the items in the pantry or fridge rather than toss them. There was also sunscreen and aloe plus shampoo and conditioner from previous guests which we found while looking for the hair dryer. I would definitely stay here again if we get a chance to visit again. I will say don’t be surprised when your map directs you to the Margaritaville Resort- just go through the security gate and turn left before the Margaritaville main building. It was nice to be able to use all of the Margaritaville shops, restaurants and beach but if you walk about 7-10 mins you can visit Coki Beach which is so much nicer- take the walk!!!

Summary: Property was just as advertised, with lots of room for the 6 of us. Short walking distance to Coki beach with great snorkeling. Margarita I’ll is a few doors down with great drinks. I would absolutely com here again

Summary: We were very happy with our stay. It was more spacious than we had anticipated and the pool was very accessible and huge. The owner provided great beach suggestions, as well as, where best to pick up groceries during our stay. She was on point with follow-up information whenever requested as well.
