This beautifully redecorated villa in Palmetto Dunes is steps away from the ocean and comes with all the amenities you will need during your stay. There is a keyless entry system for our guests' convenient access. The bedrooms have updated flooring, and the bathroom vanity areas are completely new for 2025. The master suite offers more privacy and separation between the bedroom and vanity areas. There is a writing desk in each bedroom to facilitate remote working. Sleek automated roller shades offer ease of outdoor and ocean viewing from the living room.
Located on the fifth floor of Building 2, this peekaboo ocean view villa features a living room with a queen sleeper sofa and loveseat, a 32"' Roku/streaming TV and DVD player, and wireless internet throughout the unit. There is a slider to the shared balcony with the master bedroom. Outside is a counter-height patio set with 2 chairs and a table.
The dining room is off the kitchen and has seating for six. The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances, cabinetry, and countertops, plus bar seating for two as well as a full-sized LG washer and dryer!
The master bedroom has double french doors off the living room, a king bed, a writing desk, and a 36" TV. There is a private bath and tiled shower. The garden tub has been removed to create more space, and there is a new privacy feature between the bedroom and vanity area. There is a slider to the shared balcony with the living room. The second bedroom has two queens, a 32" TV and DVD player, and a writing desk. The private bath has a tiled tub/shower combo, and there is a slider to a private balcony with a counter-height patio set with 2 chairs and a table. This villa has everything your family needs for a memorable trip to beach and/or a working vacation!
The Villamare complex offers the ultimate in resort vacation accommodations. Centrally located in Palmetto Dunes, Villamare features two stunning oceanfront pools along with expanded hot tubs and deck areas. The Serenity pool is for guests 21 and older. The outdoor pools are heated from Mar. 15 - Apr. 30 and Oct. 15 - Nov. 30. The family hot tub is heated year-round. Our unique indoor fitness center includes a pool, sauna, hot tub, and exercise room with free weights, weight machines, and cardio equipment. All Villamare amenities are access code-controlled for Villamare guests only. Beautifully landscaped grounds surround a lush central pond and fountains.
Within Palmetto Dunes, The Fazio golf course, PD Pickleball and Tennis centers, the Marriott and Omni hotels, eateries, and bike/canoe rentals all are within easy walking distance from Villamare. The Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a free shuttle service that runs Mar. 17 - Sep. 14, 2025 to Shelter Cove, grocery and dining, and other locations within Palmetto Dunes. Just call for a pickup. Summary: The condo was great! Perfect fit for us. The view was beautiful---the condo was supplied with everything we needed.The only very small thing is that the building must have been doing outside maintenance---and when we got there, the balconies, chairs and tables were covered with dust --- but we cleaned them ourselves and all was fantastic! Thank you for a very wonderful visit!

Summary: Overall we had a wonderful stay. A few glitches, water had a horrible smell, we had to run all faucets for 30 minutes to rid. Shower door in guest bath was off track, took some doing to fix. The property manager/owner was fantastic through the entire scheduling process as well as allowing us a few hour late checkout. Villamares new pool area is beautiful!

Summary: This is a comfortable, clean, attractive unit. We appreciated having the large washer/dryer and dressers/closets for putting away clothes and luggage items. There was even a free standing coat rack that we could use. The living room has shades that are operated by pushing a button on the wall (a very cool feature). For past trips in other complexes we have used a pull-out couch for the kids but it was nice for them to have their own bedroom and beds this trip. Compared to many other units in Villamare the price for this 2-bedroom seemed quite reasonable. Ellen is wonderful to work with- she is accommodating and proactively reaches out to provide information on the unit and area. We enjoyed the complex (the pool is lovely and it's a short walk to the beach) and this unit so much that we have already booked for next year! :-)

Summary: The property was better than described, we were able to get in earlier than 4 which was really a game changer. We enjoyed the villamare, the pool and fitness center were wonderful, we would not hesitate booking this property again.

Summary: We have stayed at Villamare before & knew we wanted to be there again. We are so thankful to have gotten in this condo. There was plenty of room for us, a well equipped kitchen, & great views. Even though this unit isn’t in the building closest to the beach, it is such a short walk through beautifully manicured grounds. We had members of our party who have dealt with back surgery and knee surgery who greatly enjoyed the convenience!

Summary: Villa was very clean and comfortable. We were offered an early check in, which we had never had before in the 20 years we’ve been coming to HHI, and it worked out great. The TVs were easy to use, access was right off of the elevator, and the manager was easily accessible and even notified us of the testing of fire alarms. The bedrooms are really good size. The master bath has a toilet and shower, the shower is good size but overall the bathroom is a little squished. But with the big room attached, it made up for it. There could be a little more of the basics for the kitchen. It seemed to be the minimum as far as cooking pans, cooking utensils, etc, but not a big deal. Also, there seemed to be early morning work at least 5 out of 7 of the days we were there-like 7 am. We realize they have to mow and get things done, but the jack hammer sound outside our door was a little much at 8am. It looked like they were resurfacing the cement? Not sure, but that’s not anything in control of the owners. We look forward to staying here again.

Summary: What an amazing property Ellen has. Palmetto Dunes is the perfect family area with so much to do (we tried pickleball for the first time and loved it!). The beach was just steps away from our condo with the heated pool being even closer. We also loved that everything was in walking or bike riding distance and took advantage. Ellen’s communication was amazing and her property had everything we could have wanted. If we had any questions at all, she was quick to respond. We’re already hoping to come back for another spring break!
