On the first floor there is a tiled bathroom with heated floor, shower, toilet and washing machine. In addition there is a double bedroom and comfortable spring mattresses. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge and freezer, combination oven with convection and microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. The living room has TV (with Allente, also German channels), DVD and radio / CD. Free Wifi for normal use is included. The courtyard is secluded and about 40 m² and completely paved in different soil levels. Garden furniture and barbecue available. Free parking space near the house.

Here you are close to both the beach (about 300 meters), green areas and the town center with shops, cafes and numerous restaurants. Simrishamn is Österlens single city. Simrishamn is very famous for trolling, and you are interested in art there are many artists in and around the city which exhibits his artwork in the "Art Tour in Österlen". On Autoseum are a large number of vintage cars and some former celebrity cars in good condition. All around there are several farm shops, selling locally produced goods. In the surroundings of the town there are fine fishing villages such Brantevik, Skillinge and Baskemölla. Playland Tosselilla is 2.8 mil from there. Several golf courses are nearby. From Simrishamn Station is Pågatågen Simrishamn Malmo and then it is not a long way to Copenhagen. There is a daily ferry service from Ystad (3 mil from Simrishamn) to Bornholm. It is also easy by bus and train to get to other places in Skåne.
