"The Scandia House Loft" was a labor of Love, it took two years to restore this former house of Pleasure. In the process of restoration we discovered old coins, whore house tokens, old newspapers ,wooden nickels and other artifacts. It left us with this beautiful place in downtown Hamilton, Montana over The Ponderosa Wine Bar and Bistro... we added a lovely 2nd floor deck with access to the roof top lounge with a fantastic view of the Bitter-root and Sapphire Mountains. You'll agree it is an enchanting place to stay...We look forward to meeting you all...

Summary: Having stayed here before we knew we wanted to come back. The perfect location for former valley residents. Walking distance to all of town and the river. Plus only rooftop deck and view in town. Unique property well equipped for a restful stay. Can’t wait to come back again…maybe in June!!!

Summary: This is our 6th or 7th time staying here and it’s perfect for us. The hosts are great, leave bouquets of flowers and extra food in the refrigerator so it’s always so welcoming. The location is great at the corner of Main Street and Hwy 93. There is a Safeway across the highway for convenient groceries and lots of shops and restaurants in the downtown area.
