De mas 'Les Combes Ouest' ligt in de natuur en kijkt uit over een, in 2019, aangeplante olijfgaard. Het terrein is 6000 m2 groot met voldoende privacy. Er is een (verwarmd) buitenzwembad (alleen voor de gasten) aanwezig en er zijn verschillende terrassen. U kunt genieten van de zon, maar er zijn ook voldoende schaduwplekken.
De mas is een typisch Provençaals huis, opgetrokken in natuursteen. De mas bestaat uit 2 verschillende woongedeelten met ieder een eigen keuken. Het eerste woongedeelte omvat 3 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers, in het tweede woongedeelte bevinden zich 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Bij dit laatste woongedeelte is nog een separaat slaapvertrek te betrekken met 1 slaapkamer en 1 badkamer. Dit slaapvertrek heeft een eigen ingang. De mas is in zijn geheel te huur voor maximaal 10 personen. Alle woongedeelten en slaapkamers (m.u.v. 1 woonkamer en 1 slaapkamer) zijn voorzien van vaste airconditioning (zowel te gebruiken voor verkoeling als voor verwarming). Ideaal voor grotere families, waarbij iedereen toch voldoende eigen privacy heeft.
De mas ligt even buiten het dorp Piégon, op 3 kilometer van het centrum van Mirabel-aux-Baronnies. In dit oud Provençaals dorpje kunt u terecht voor uw kleine boodschappen en er is een bakker. U vindt een rijk aanbod aan supermarkten, wekelijkse markten binnen een straal van 10 km. Om maar te zwijgen van de talrijke restaurants in de nabije omgeving.
Sportief ingestelde personen kunnen zich uitleven tijdens prachtige wandel- of fietstochten langs wijngaarden en geurende lavendelvelden. Topactiviteiten voor het hele gezin zijn de typische Provençaalse markten, de vele kastelen, avonturenparken in de natuur en het grootste waterpark van Frankrijk, Splashworld Provence.
