Negative: The room we received was clearly not representative of the photos shown during booking. While the layout may be similar, the actual space was much more basic and noticeably underfurnished. Key elements that influenced our decision — such as a proper living area with a coffee table, additional seating, and decorative details — were missing. As a result, the room felt empty and did not offer the level of comfort that was advertised. We chose and paid for this specific room based on those features, so the difference had a real impact on our stay. When we raised this at reception, the issue was not handled in a helpful or solution-oriented way.
