Positive: Checking in was pretty easy - which was truly appreciated at 2am and after having flight delayed for nearly 3 hours!
Negative: Clean and Comfortable Apartment with Minor Drawbacks The apartment was lovely—clean and well-maintained. We were two couples; one had a dedicated bedroom, while the other used the sofa bed in the lounge/kitchen area. Unfortunately, we were under the impression that there were two separate bedrooms, so having someone sleep in the shared space limited access to the kitchen. We were fortunate that our taxi driver waited for us at 2am, as collecting the keys from a distant location at that hour would have been problematic. A keybox on-site would have made things much easier. Checkout was straightforward—we were advised to leave the keys inside, which worked well. I’d consider staying here again if travelling with my wife or with one other person, but it’s less ideal for two couples. Kitchen floor tiles need to be maintained.

Negative: If using the car park, Please note that there is a surcharge of 15 Euro a night. Make sure when picking the key up that they give you a pass for the windscreen to avoid issues with the Apartment Management.

Positive: location, close to the Mayor's square red line Luas stop and many grocery stores nearby, big living room with washing machine but no dryer though. There is a cloth rack to hang dry clothes. No outlet in the bathroom for shaving! Strangely, there is noise from the water pumping when using water or when people upstairs were using water too!! quite loud noise from that pump! even when you just turned on a tap to wash your hand just a bit, it starts pumping right away!
Negative: The instructions to get to the apartment are not so clear about how to open the gate into the compound of the apartments and it didn't help when it was raining heavy enough that you need to use an umbrella and you have big suitcases to push around. It may be ok for the locals who are familiar with staying in such an apartment in a gated complex like that but not for international guests from abroad. It should instruct people to push the gate in after tab the white panel with the sensor key because there was no buzzing noise to let us know that it was ready for us to push the gate. The location of block 8 was not clearly identified on the map- I mean the first block you saw is number 6 and we thought that the whole building is only block 6, but actually, blick 8 is at the other end towards the river it is block 8! So, it took us a while in the heavy rain to get in!!

Positive: Location, washing machine, good shower, kitchen. Tesco around the corner. Tram stop closeby. Wardrobes and drawers made it feel homely for our 4-night stay. Secure too.
Negative: Single bed slats were broken. Both beds were very squeaky. Pillows were hard. Apartment was hot in the warm weather and difficult to open windows to get a breeze.
Summary: Great location with good quality facilities.
