Positive: This bed and breakfast was as expected. It is in a quiet area far in the country, great for taking walks. It is a few minutes drive to Starnberger See where I was visiting friends, which worked out fine. The rooms are comfortable, homey and quiet. Breakfast was great a big pot of coffee, German wurst and bread, just as I was hoping for. The bathroom and showered are shared but that is part of the experience.

Negative: Not much really. It is a bed and breakfast so if you expect a hotel in town with your own shower and WC, this not for you. Staying here you need a car or at least a good bike.

Positive: I had a great experince! It was a great house with a beautiful garden where I could relax and enjoy my free days. Ulrike, the host, went above and beyond to make my stay very pleasant. I would probably recommend having a car or bike to be able to move around and visit the Starnberger See and more, but there is also a lake and nice nature locations at walking distance. Overall I had a great stay!

Positive: Irrespective of my late arrival, Ulrike was waiting for me to check-in. It was really a personalized experience. I was even offered dinner (Scrambled eggs + Bread + Butter) as I was too tired when I reached and it would have been difficult for me to find restaurant outside. During check-out too I was helped with proper directions drawn on the paper which helped me to reach nearby station. Thanks a lot for the warm and affectionate from Ulrike.

Positive: Very nice, fresh breakfast reflecting our preferences (the host asked us a day before what we would like to have). Magical place, with a special cottage atmosphere sorounded by the nature. Very guest oriented atttitute of the host which is visible all around the house - by the way - Urlike is a wonderful woman with a great personality and it was a pleasure to have few small chats with her during our stay. The house is close to the big lakes and nice restaurants where you can activly spend your time and enjoy the evenings.
