Positive: Very new, very clean in centre of town

Negative: Breakfast:a coffee and a pastry wasn't what we expected. In our other BB's we've been offered a few pastries, toast, muffins, fruit juice and tea/coffee. Also advertised on Booking.com this place has a terrace. There was no terrace only a car park for the local residents.

Positive: Fabio, the host, was extremely helpful and easily contactable. The breakfast is in a cafe down the road but it is a very short distance away and we simply told the staff we were guests of Fabio's so the setup works very well. Not the biggest room but very comfortable nonetheless. We spent most of the time exploring the local so it was an ideal place to stay.
