Positive: A handy one night stay after arriving at Dublin airport in early evening. Easy driving to get there. Would use again for this purpose.

Positive: Everything- this is not a cookie cutter chain hotel- it is a lovely, charming and quirky place where each room is dedicated to a different musician or composer, and is individually appointed with beautiful furniture and luxurious fabrics- it is authentic and interesting! The restaurant, La-La, is equally delightful— Amanda, was so lovely to us, and the food and beverage is made with great care- thank you chefs! What a delightful, quirky, and special place- dedicated to your comfort and enjoyment. The night manager even brought us an early portable breakfast because we had an early flight— thank you to him as well- we will never forget our lovely time here.
Negative: It is difficult to understand that it is a compound with multiple buildings, and check-in is at the Lark, a concert and teaching venue- but once you figure the building situation out- it’s all OK, because everyone is so helpful- especially Amanda!
Summary: Charming and unique lodgings and restaurant in a quaint coastal town near Dublin and near the airport.

Positive: The night porter Chris was very friendly and helpful. We arrived at the accomodation at 1AM so we were quite exhausted. The beds were actually quite comfortable,
Negative: I did not realize the accommodation was mainly used for student accomodation for student musicians and that these dorms were attached to a building for musicians. The building is therefore abit of a maze to get to the breakfast hall and then to reception later to check out. It was also very odd, at check out we handed our key to the lady at reception and she looked at us with such surprise. I also really did not enjoy breakfast, I thought there would be at least some hot food items but it was pastries, some cereals, and bread with jams or butter that were available.
Summary: I probably won't be back--not the spot for me!

Negative: Difficulty in finding reception, it should be noted that it is in the Lark Music Hall, along the street. No cooked breakfast included in price, which is not mentioned, only continental breakfast provided. Windows could not be opened and room was very stuffy & warm.
