The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short trip. Would definitely recommend for a fun and memorable stay!

Summary: We stayed at the barn while visiting family in Perkins for Thanksgiving. The property was exactly as described. Very clean and welcoming. The location was perfect for us. Kessie the property manager was very helpful and available. We will be back!

Summary: We had come down to visit our daughter in college. It was easy to get to. Clean and quiet. Really only there to sleep, but had the amenities to grill, cook, relax, etc.
