Positive: Very responsive host, who deals with issues hands on. Will go to any length to have guests comfortable. There is lots of space for a really homely relaxing time. I'm returning as soon as I can.

Negative: Time was too short. It really felt like home, and the welcome was really like old friends reuniting.
