Beech House is a wonderful Grade II listed village house, which offers generous accommodation and a wonderful combination of original features and contemporary styling. The property has been sensitively refurbished to provide generous day space, five comfortable bedrooms and four attractive bathrooms, with the bonus of having an extensive garden, its own gated driveway and plenty of parking. The property which was originally two cottages, has the benefit of two front doors, and a wealth of characterful features including flagstone flooring, exposed beams and brickwork, window seats, original wooden shutters, and charming fireplaces.
On the ground floor you will find a large family sitting room with television and open fire, a separate snug and piano room with wood burning stove, and a well-stocked cinema/reading/games room for added space and enjoyment. For dining options, you are spoilt for choice with a large family dining room, a separate secondary dining/breakfast room attached to the kitchen with a wood burning stove, and a breakfast bar and stools in the kitchen. The well-equipped kitchen offers all the space and equipment you will need when catering for special meals and occasions, and a large utility room with laundry area offers additional preparation space and storage.
On the first floor you will find five beautiful bedrooms, a super-king size with Smart television and en-suite shower room, a king-size with Smart television, a double with an adjoining twin bedroom, and a single bedroom with a pull-out trundle bed.
