Heated towel rails and lamps in bathrooms .Upstairs bedroom heats from the heat pump.Pull the thermal curtains in winter around 5pm for best heat retention .Keep door to laundry area closed off .Air the house once day to remove stale air 15 mins is enough to make hugh difference.

Summary: Lovely long weekend stay at this comfortable family home. Pool table and great outdoor areas a hit with the children and well equipt kitchen and new BBQ was a plus. Beautiful local walks and local golf course extremely close by.

Summary: We had intended to do the whanganui river but the river was to high and this was our back up plan. We rafted the tongariro river Saturday afternoon which was excellent! This place was perfect for our group of 10. We all sat at the table for meals, played pool and listened to music. I especially enjoyed the master bedroom and ensuite! The amount of work that has gone into the grounds is staggering. Truly an excellent spot for a getaway. Hosted exceptionally well, great communication and instructions. 10/10 marvellous!! We will be back for sure

Summary: We had an amazing weekend away with all our children and their partners. We had planned to spend time on the mountain but sadly the snow didn't come to the party. Nevertheless because of the beautiful big home we were able to spend quality time indoors. It was just perfect in every way for our family of 12. We made loads of special memories. Would love to return in Summer and make use of the beautiful gardens and stream. Thanks Linda
