Negative: Absolutely no cleaning materials, not even washing up liquid, no spare bin liners and no spare toilet rolls - the property information stated it should have been there, but wasn't. So additional costs and inconvenience in having to rush out and buy such essentials. Garden furniture was poor, no outside table to eat on and no bbq. Its 2024 and such things are expected as standard, especially baring in mind how much we paid.
Summary: Lovely location, bedrooms very small so got very hot in the night and no essential cleaning items.

Positive: All beds were comfy, well stocked cupboards, fairly clean, ok parking for 2 cars, nice size lounge for 3 people. 2nd toilet was very useful It was a good place to stay for work, so didn't test any of the amenities out. Saw some lovely wildlife early in the moorings.
Negative: I messaged and phoned owners because on our second night, the shower would not turn off. We still haven't received a message or call back, a week later. Shower was running all night long and even when we left the next mooring. We had to wash 2 pans because they were dirty, before we could cook, grill pan was greasy, some cutlery was dirty. Cobwebs in lounge. Generally smelly, due to drains or damp maybe.
Summary: Lovely for wildlife, cabin was quite comfortable for 3 people.

Positive: Excellent location, lots of wildlife and easy to walk everywhere. Plenty of walk from site and very good shop for provisions.
Negative: Not sure anything else could have improved it.
Summary: Perfect peaceful place with good spaces between neighbours and perfect surroundings.

Positive: Kelling Heath is an outstanding location for North Norfolk. The area has Woods ,Heaths as well as a very short drive to the coast and 3 towns. Fantastic facilities on site catering for all ages. There at its busiest time and it was not over the top so big a site you can easily get away from other holiday makers. Beechcroft is a very well looked after accommodation and would not hesitate to stay again.
