Positive: The location was very good for visiting the Camber Sands beach which we thought was great. We could walk there in less than 5 minutes. This would be an excellent beach for children and sandcastles etc when the tide is out. In the home itself , we liked the cleanliness everywhere, the spaciousness in the main living room and the bedrooms and having two shower rooms. There were only two of us, I suppose it might feel smaller with four people staying. Good to have a proper dining table, not just a breakfast bar and to have all the facilities in the kitchen. The showers worked very well and we always had plenty of hot water. With either the fire or the heating on, it was lovely and warm and very relaxing.
Negative: The Wifi is clearly an issue. In terms of our laptops etc Chris sorted it out for us quickly and efficiently but we could not access some channels we like on the TV. The main bedroom is right next to the road and was noisy at times. It would have been useful to have instructions for the gas hob and how to lower the temperature on the heating(we could turn it on or off but couldnt work out how to alter the temperature).

Positive: The place it’s very cosy and extremely clean.Beds and sofas very comfortable.Lots of pans and dishes to cook.Even had towels and provided us with a bed guard for my little son. The only thing that I was missing was the WiFi otherwise all absolutely amazing! Thank you x
Negative: No WiFi and to be honest could have some tea bags but there was a shop,just a little gesture x

Positive: Smelt lovely and clean, everything we needed was available. Dreadful weather but all the TV channels kept us entertained. Very comfortable double bed, massive sprawling sofa, short walk to the beach, security. Central heater was very efficient and we felt cozy. We.chose not to use the Parkdean facilities but they seemed extensive.
Negative: We had a couple of housekeeping blips but they were dealt with efficiently. Internal doors were very narrow.

Positive: Easy to find in a good location super near the beach. Easy to park the car and secure. It's super clean, seems almost new, and seems to have everything you could need We were only there for a night so didn't need to use anything apart from the beds, which were comfortable. It's obviously a static caravan so the space is, as you would expect, compact but it makes the most of the space it has. Was totally fine for a family stay and worth the money. Host was responsive and key pick up super easy. All good.
