Positive: It’s the perfect little home from home. Beautifully decorated, super clean and not a single scuff on the walls! It has everything you could possibly need and more. The beds and pillows are so comfy. Fully equipped kitchen. Cosy L-shaped sofa. TV with all the usual apps. And oh my god the shower over the bath is amazing!! Hot and powerful which a rare find on a caravan park. As for location, it’s in a really peaceful spot, a brook with fields full of sheep on one side and the Park Dean entertainment centre is about a 5 minute walk away (which suited us just fine!) so no noise at night. Honestly haven’t a negative thing to say about this gorgeous little place except we wish we’d booked for longer.

Positive: Clean, beautiful decor, comfortable, just a few minutes to the beach. Grounds are beautiful, “Sheep view” really means sheep view and we even saw some rabbits roaming around. Lovely host, sent specific instructions on how to get to the cabin, left some snacks for our arrival and everything was so smooth

Negative: It was a little cold and even with the portable heater I struggled a bit to sleep.

Positive: Book it! Cracking little place, right on the beach. Clean, great beds and nice decor. We really enjoyed our stay

Negative: If you want to go into the clubhouse, go BEFORE 17:00 otherwise you won’t get in! You have to pay passes which are £26 each!

Positive: What a truly lovely place! Had everything we needed - all kitchen utensils and even sharp knives (a first!). The beds were so comfy, the WiFi worked, the place was spotless and the towels were fresh and clean. They even left us some lovely snacks for our arrival. A lovely quiet location, so handy for the beaches of Camber and the sights of Rye. Thank you Natasha!

Negative: Am struggling to think of anything which could have been better.

Positive: It was a lovely chalet with a lovely welcome basket. It was lovely and clean and they even provided soaps and basic washing up products. Really loved the stay, bed was super comfy and overall the decor was beautiful and the perfect mix of modern and old-fashioned to make it a homey place for all ages!

Negative: The smoke alarm did go off and was a tad stressful as we did not want to affect anyone else in the areas stay. However the owner of this chalet was extremely helpful answering me via messages and even calling me to talk me through what to do and assisting me.

Positive: Location to beach (5 min walk) and ease of access to property. Modern cabin and nicely set up and very clean. Good communication and recommendations from the owner.

Negative: It was quite cold, we turned the oil heater on in the evening but it took quite some time to heat up. The house was also cold in the mornings too- perhaps additional blankets could help as duvets were thin. If going in winter, I recommend additional layers. Kitchen also had no salt and pepper or coffee plunger, only tea and coffee (which was appreciated), thanks

Positive: Very clean and compact- nicely decorated- biscuits and chocolate were a lovely touch.

Negative: It was a bit cold, but soon warmed up with the heater. Bedrooms were cold though- would benefit from small heaters in the two larger bedrooms. But, it WAS winter and it was very cold when we stayed.
