Negative: Water pressure/hot water for a lot of adults. Would have loved a BBQ option.

Positive: The house is certainly very nice and comfortable and finished to a very high standard but it was way too expensive. The host Eva was very helpful and attentive and tried to fix anything as quick as possible.
Negative: On arrival at the property I was handed a booklet with four pages of 35 rules which included instructions on make up removal, a fake tan ban and a prohibition on wearing shoes from the stairs up. Many were coupled with warnings of eviction or loss of security deposit. Parties were banned, visitors had to be approved and from the offset it left everyone on edge and loomed over the whole holiday. A family get together arranged was cancelled as a result. There was no access to the patio through double doors as there was no key. There was no barbeque or outdoor fireplace despite being advertised and guests are expected to travel to recycling facilities to get rid of household rubbish - except two bags which are accepted at the end of the week. For the premium price of this property there was an attitude that we were lucky to be allowed stay. Definitely would not return. However it is a new rental so maybe some of these issues can be ironed out and Eva was very open to hearing my thoughts.
Summary: The property was too expensive and a four page booklet of rules made for a stressful stay.
