Positive: The town of Köyceğiz is an ideal location for a longer stay in southern Turkey, and the villa itself is in a quiet place, but it is right next to the city center, 200 meters from the lake. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The villa has everything you need, it is clean and comfortable. We rented the villa with two families and everyone had plenty of space and privacy. We felt at home there. The pool is large and great, the children had a lot of fun. The owner is very communicative and nice, speaks excellent English, lives nearby and tries to help in every situation. He knows the area very well, is a local guide and gives very good advice on what to see in the area. He helped us with the car by arranging a local mechanic when our air conditioning broke down. Everything was ok. We are thinking of going back there for a vacation someday.

Positive: Everything. This was a stop over on the way to Fethiye and WOW what a stay Bulent the owner before we even set off had communicated with us to ensure if our needs were met. When first meeting when arrived you just knew that Bulent is a honest hard working individual that wanted to make our stay PERFECT and WOW did he deliver. This is an old villa over 100 years old but with such a homely arora. The pool was well looked after and perfect again. Asking Bulent for ideas to visit we had discovered that his job is tours and as we had our own car suggested off beaten areas whare we could visit that normal tourists would not know of. This has to be the most impressive overnight stay that we as frequent travellers have ever enjoyed. Thank you Bulent I will be back on our travels and this will be our overnight stop every time as we have never ever felt this relaxed and hosted in this incredible way that you have communicated and treated us
